From Reflexology, Indian Head Massage & Thai Foot Massage, each treatment is an invitation to slow down, reconnect & experience the art of therapeutic touch.  I offer 1:1 sessions from my home conservatory in the Willows, Torquay, Devon and Mobile sessions in the comfort of your own home in Torquay. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for first appointments for Consultation.

The Grounding - A deeply nurturing & restorative foot reflexology experience, using considered pressure & flowing movements across the whole foot to create deep relaxation for the whole body, release stress & tension, balance & ground, calming the nervous system. Advanced techniques can be used depending on your needs and my intuition.

Baby/ Children's/ Teen Reflexology (0-12 years) - 30 Minutes - £20  (Parent/Guardian must sign consent and be present) Teen Reflexology (12 years +) - 1 hour  - £50 (Parent/Guardian must sign consent and be present) 


The Connection - Our hands are constantly giving, holding & doing.  This gentle treatment brings the focus back to them.  A soothing experience for anyone who spends their days using their hands.

Hand Reflexology - 30 Minutes - £30

Self-care Hand Reflexology teaching sessions - bespoke to your needs  - 30 minutes - £30 -  This is a 1:1 appointment to help you learn some Hand reflexology techniques for you own self-care i will them email you across what you have learnt as a bespoke plan.

The Awakening - A beautifully calming facial reflexology experience combining gentle touch with focused reflexology techniques to soften facial muscles, release stress & tension & calm the mind, breath and forget about the outside world.

Advanced Facial Reflexology - 1 Hour - £50
Express Stress Busting Facial Reflexology - 30 Minutes - £30


Bodywork/Massage options: 

The Stillness - Take a seat, slow down & allow yourself time to just be. 

Traditional Indian Head Massage - Seated chair - 1 Hour  - £50  - The scalp, neck, shoulders, upper back, hand & facial points. Fully clothed. Hair oil optional. Hand cream & facial serum used.

Express Indian Head Massage -   Seated chair- 30 Minutes £30 - The scalp, neck, shoulders & upper back. Fully clothed. Hair oil optional.
 
The Flow  - A rhythmic & invigorating treatment for the feet & lower legs, incorporating massage, pressure and traditional Thai inspired techniques. Using bamboo sticks & oil. 

Thai Foot Massage - Massage table  - 1 hour  - £50


Bespoke experience:

Longer immersive treatments created for you to experience a blend of therapies, your time to let go, your bespoke experience to enhance your wellbeing through a journey of different forms of therapeutic touch.

The Journey - A complete reflexology experience bringing together three areas of the body through a flowing sequence of therapeutic touch.

Moving between Face, Hands & Foot Reflexology - 90 minutes  - £70

The Full circle - Coming soon Auricular (ear) reflexology. Bringing together a signature treatment of four areas for the complete reflexology experience of face, ears, hands & feet.

Mobile appointments
Available in Torquay for Reflexology or Indian Head Massage and during the daytime only -  1 hour £55 or 90 minutes £75. I can bring everything as required or you are welcome to use your own reclining or suitable chair so please contact me to discuss.

Healthcare Plan
If you have a private or workplace health care plan you may be able to claim back all or part of your sessions. I am able to provide you with a receipt of payment after your session. Please check with your provider before the session that you are able to claim as some policies are different.
